TB-500

Often stacked with BPC-157 (the so-called 'Wolverine stack'). Its parent protein has some human data. TB-500 itself has none.

TB-500 is a short synthetic peptide based on the active region of thymosin beta-4, a protein involved in cell migration and tissue repair.

What the research shows

  • The full-length thymosin beta-4 protein has been tested in small human trials, including eye-drop formulations for corneal healing.
  • The TB-500 fragment has only been studied in cells and animals.
  • There is no clinical evidence for combining it with BPC-157. The "Wolverine stack" comes from anecdote, not trials.
TB-500 is prohibited by the World Anti-Doping Agency and has been detected in sports doping cases.

Doses used in research

No human dose has been established. This compound hasn't been through published human dosing trials, so any dose you see online comes from anecdote, not research.
